Second, my aid was recently solicited to help a friend's friend who was sucked into the antipsychotics whirlpool and (of course) is going psychotic. In my research, I came across two sites that are superb: one educationally and the other practically--and both applicable to all psychopharm products. Site 1: www.criticalthinkrx.org. This is an educational tool that was funded as a part of the Neurontin settlement of suit brought by a bunch of Attorneys General of US States. $21 million of the settlement went to an educational fund and CriticalThinkRX.org is one of the products. I was laughing at how good this is. Site 2: www.theroadback.org. Until digging into this, I have felt shaky about where to send folks who want to get OFF Psych Drugs. I knew there were people who would help but was not aware of any certain technology for accomplishing this. When digging into TheRoadBack.org, I cried briefly with relief that these folks had taken the time to do the job right and were "open for business." And I thought of you as well as the Paxil withdrawal hell victims I've had personal contact with. I wanted to get both these sites into your hands. After you check these over, I'm sure you will put them to use. Hey, maybe GSK and MHRA will post these sites prominently on their websites to educate and assist people. :)Gary Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18056903418157856361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10459981.post-85084406405138313782008-09-13T08:30:00.000+01:002008-09-13T08:30:00.000+01:00Thanks for this. I know Furious Seasons and Pharmalot have written in depth about Dan Troy.

Thanks for adding your commentFidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07329260132388791267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10459981.post-7334793718071132462008-09-12T18:24:00.000+01:002008-09-12T18:24:00.000+01:00You know Fid, as I read the document, I came acros...You know Fid, as I read the document, I came across many things of interest, but one paragraph in one of the lawsuits filed here in the US really caught my attention, and I think should be explored further. "(11) SKB representatives were discussing with at least one FDA official the
possibility of future employment in the pharmaceutical industry. This could encourage
leniency on the part of the FDA official. The same FDA official helped SKB manipulate
their suicide data to their advantage." Similarly, influential people at the MHRA were former GSK employees. This month brings a brand new head legal council for GSK, Dan Troy who was once in a position of incredible authority at the FDA. I am sure he had access to information and influence that is obviously a conflict of interest, in addition to being illegal. This needs to be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
