**EXCLUSIVE - KILKER v GLAXOSMITHKLINE COURT DOCUMENTS

"Now, this particular type of drug we talked about during jury selection a little bit. It is called the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. That is actually a name that GlaxoSmithKline coined. They coined that phrase. You are going to learn they coined it because Paxil is the most selective, the most powerful of the serotonin reuptake inhibitors."

The documents are located on the Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman web page.

So far I've only been able to get through the first PDF but I'm sitting on the edge of my seat doing it.

    I'm just shaking my head.

I'm reading this and I just can't fathom this. It's unbelieveable. How many corrupt assholes can you possibly find on one companies pay role?

I, along with thousand and thousands of other people would like to thank GSK and especially Bonnie Rossello for suggesting GSK bury the data that their drug is a problem.

My days of stress are over baby but it appears yours are just about to begin. Good luck with all of that. If it gets too much for you take some of that paxil shit. I'm sure GSK would give it to you for free.

  4. I only read the first doc, the opening testimony by the plaintiff's lawyer, and it blows my mind. "Taking Paxil while pregnant is like taking cocaine." That's the kind of thing that Dr. Peter Breggin has been saying for years about SSRI's. I will be watching this case closely, and I applaud you for finding the legal docs and posting them for us reading public to see.

  5. I have read through the opening arguments and Dr Healy's testimony thus far.

And it's not to difficult to figure out why Glaxo has been fighting tooth and nail for years to stay out of the public courtroom.

  6. 100% agree with you Evie.

I think GSK have called for a mistrial on 5 separate occasions - and that's just in these documents!

I suspect more calls for a mistrial will be recorded until eventually they will do what they always do - Settle.

I hope I'm wrong - I want to see this go all the way - more unsealed documents opened, more damning evidence that will help other cases, particularly the 600 or so parents waiting for the outcome of this Kilker case.
