As a medical research journalist and as a mother I am deeply moved by "The Drugging of Our Children", knowing how much damage any pharmaceutical product can cause in the lives of children and adults. Many a drug creates the exact that result -- or worse -- for which it was prescribed.
I am happy that in this film nutrition was addressed. A healthy diet contains many fresh, GMO-free and preferably raw vegetables, moderate portions of fresh fruits and meats, lots of clear and vitalized water; excluding prefab products, dairy products, sugar and neurotoxic substances like 'sugar-free' aspartame.
Only fed with natural foods body, mind and spirit can align and function the way they are meant to!
