This video is from 2003. It's a snapshot of the BBC Documentary 'Seroxat: Taken On Trust' by the Panorama team.
I've condensed Shelly Jofre's questions put to the Chairman of the MHRA, Alasdair Breckenridge and Glaxo spokesman, Alistair Benbow.
You will notice at the start of the video, Benbow states that 'they haven't got a licence in children [yet]'
Keep the video running and you will see Breckenridge of the MHRA stutter and fall silent when he cannot answer a question put to him by Shelly Jofre.
Do you think both Breckenridge and Benbow are lying?
"It's not about what they tell you, it's about what they don't."
