Interesting post from Derek Lowe on the Corante website regarding Steve Nissan and GlaxoSmithKline.
Basically, Steve Nissen published an editorial about GlaxoSmithKline and Avandia earlier this year in the European Heart Journal, an article that Glaxo didn't like.
What followed was a series of accusations regarding intimidation and faxing of documents that weren't supposed to be faxed.
Of course there is much more to this than meets the eye and Derek Lowe dissects on his website. It's a balanced article and well worth a read.
