How bizarre.
This publicly available document sees Charles Nemeroff draft a letter to himself, it appears he is inviting himself to submit an article for the special supplement edition of Depression and Anxiety.
You will note that he is telling himself that the 'article' be no more than twelve printed pages in length including references, figures and tables.
Even more bizarre, Nemeroff writes:
"We shall provide you with an honorarium of $3,000 for this effort."
Either Nemeroff was suffering a form of dementia or he was merely writing a ghost-written letter for someone to add their name to and to send to him?
How bizarre Charlie!
Here's the letter.
